Taxila Crafts (SMC-Private) Limited offers handmade stone, marble, wooden, plaster and decorative products.

Due to the handmade and natural nature of many of our products, slight variations in colour, texture, shape, pattern, size and finishing may occur. These natural or handmade variations are not necessarily considered defects.

2. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to display product images, descriptions, sizes and prices accurately.

Actual product colours may appear slightly different due to screen settings, lighting or natural material variations.

Product availability is subject to stock and production capacity.

3. Orders & Confirmation

Placing an order on our website does not guarantee acceptance of the order.

Taxila Crafts may contact customers by phone or message to confirm order details, delivery information or product requirements.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order in case of incorrect information, suspected fraudulent activity, product unavailability or other reasonable business concerns.

4. Prices

All prices displayed on our website are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR), unless otherwise stated.

Prices may be updated without prior notice. The price applicable to an accepted order will normally be the price shown at the time the order was placed, subject to correction of obvious pricing or technical errors.

5. Payment

Available payment methods may include Cash on Delivery (COD) and other payment options displayed at checkout.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing and contact information.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We deliver across Pakistan through courier and delivery service providers.

Estimated delivery time is usually 3–5 working days. Delivery times may vary due to customer location, courier operations, weather, public holidays or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Free Delivery is available on orders of Rs. 3,000 or more, subject to any conditions displayed on the website.

7. Cash on Delivery Orders

Customers placing Cash on Delivery orders should provide an active contact number and accurate delivery address.

Please attend calls from our team or courier rider where necessary to facilitate confirmation and delivery.

Repeated refusal of confirmed orders or intentionally incorrect order information may affect our ability to accept future COD orders.

8. Returns & Refunds

Returns, replacements and refunds are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.

Customers should inspect their parcel and contact us within the period stated in our Return & Refund Policy if there is an eligible issue.

9. Handmade & Natural Products

Many Taxila Crafts products are handmade or produced from natural stone, marble and wood.

Natural marks, grain patterns, colour variations and minor differences between individual pieces may occur and contribute to the unique character of each product.

Customers are responsible for using products appropriately and according to their intended purpose.

Taxila Crafts will not be responsible for damage resulting from misuse, improper handling, accidental damage or use contrary to reasonable care instructions, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
